The following is a small sample of the actual awards that our clients received and not a fraction of the amount awarded by a jury.  

$4.1 Million settlement recovered for wrongful death of a pedestrian struck by a truck. Case was settled less than two (2) years from the date of the accident.

$2.9 Million settlement recovered from a motor vehicle accident. Client was a pedestrian whose foot was run over by a bus.
Case was settled only 7 months after the accident.

$1.6 Million settlement recovered against the MTA when an MTA bus struck our pedestrian client. 
Client sustained facial fractures and significant psychological trauma. 
MTA after years of denial finally admitted to Mr. Park at a deposition that bus driver was disciplined for the accident. Case was settled at trial.

$1.4 Million settlement recovered against the City of New York when a school bus rear ended our client’s vehicle.

$1.4 Million settlement recovered against a construction company doing demolition work when our client was caused to be struck by a metal gate.

$1.1 Million settlement recovered for wrongful death of a pedestrian struck by a truck. Case was settled 1 year and 4 months after the date of the accident.

Defendants claimed our client could not have sustained the neck injury and surgery from the impact of another bicycle. 

$500,000 settlement recovered in a motor vehicle accident where our client a pedestrian was struck by defendant’s vehicle. 
Client had neck injury with surgery. 

$475,000 settlement recovered in a motor vehicle accident. Client was a pedestrian who sustained a neck injury with surgery. 
Case was settled less than 2 years after the accident.

$427,500 settlement recovered in a motor vehicle accident where our client a bicyclist was struck by motor vehicle. 
Defendant argued our client was riding his bicycle with reckless speed. Case was settled 2 years after the accident.

$400,000 settlement recovered in a trip and fall accident where our client a cleaner tripped and fell over garbage bags. 
80% of these type of cases are dismissed for lack of notice but we were able to obtain a settlement. Client sustained knee and back injuries with surgery.
